Information about the,CCHS All Night Grad Party
If you would like to volunteer for 1 hour 2 hours or all night email cchsgradparty@gmail.com

Attendees: For graduating seniors and their guests the cost is $25 checks are accepted to June11 after that and at door cash only. Invitations will be sent home from school within a few days. Checks are payable to CCHS All Night Grad Party and may be given to security in the main office or mailed.
Volunteers: We really need you and its a lot of fun. There is no cost to the volunteers and you get fed. It takes an army to run this all night!! Many people who do this once end up coming back every year long after kids have graduated.

When: Party hours June 22 9 PM to 5 AM next morning.
Where: at the Veteran’s Memorial Building (We have the whole building)
Activities: We are trying out some new activities. I don’t have the full list yet but here are some:
DJ and dancing all night
Rock band
mechanical bull
photo booths
balloon art
airbrush tatoo (temporary)
Casino games and real slot machines
raffles and prizes
Food: BBQ, Pizza Taquitos desserts Tito’s Tacos, Margarita flavored slushies
other activities under consideration, hypnotist, magic, time tunnel

Top Agenda item is to establish the board roles that we want and need in the club for the 2012-13 year. The establishment of our board structure will lead to our May elections for our leadership that will take office July 1.

Monday, March 19 Monthly Members Meeting. 7:00PM Library. Primary agenda item will be voting on by-law amendments.

Girls Water Polo, in as the Ocean League #3 team, gets a home game tomorrow Tuesday @ 3:30PM vs. Oaks Christian

Girls Soccer, on the strength of their 2nd place finish in Ocean League, hosts a home game Friday @ 3PM vs. Patriot HS.

Boys Basketball enters CIF Division 2A as an at-large, traveling to Savannah HS Friday night at 7PM

And Girls Basketball, after dominating the Ocean league winning all 10 league games, starts their run through CIF as the 6 seed in 2A with a home game Saturday Night at 7:00PM vs. Placentia El Dorado.
